This Platform provides individuals with the option of registering and making payments using local payment methods in order to gain access to the products and services provided by these enterprises. This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) outlines our approach to privacy, detailing how we handle personal information collected through the Walee app and website. These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Conditions“) establish a legally binding agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement“) between Walee Financial Services (Private) Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the User (both defined below). This Agreement comes into effect when a User creates a user account on the Walee Financial Services (Private) Limited Mobile Application (hereinafter referred to as “Hakeem Mobile Application” or the “Platform”).A User cannot create a user account without agreeing to and accepting the terms of this Agreement. These Conditions are in addition to the “General Terms and Conditions” for creating or operating a User account with the Company.
