Role Overview
WFS is launching bulk nano financing and a collection services (aggregator) business. This role ensures cash is collected, monetized, and deployed effectively, creating sustainable revenue and driving profitability. This is a Business + Execution role which includes revenue and P&L accountability)
Core Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end cash realization for:
o Bulk Nano Financing (corporate employees at preferential rates)
o Employee banking products
o Collection services / aggregator business for Schools and Corporate Institutions
- Build and maintain corporate & merchant relationships to scale cash flow
- Monitor portfolio performance, defaults, and recoveries
- Collaborate with Ops, Tech, and Finance to design scalable processes & dashboards
- Own P&L impact of cash flows
Ideal Profile
- Business leader with fintech, payments, or collections experience in Pakistan
- Hands-on in corporate partnerships, revenue operations, and product scaling
- Strong execution focus, comfortable being measured on revenue & P&L
Experience & Qualification
- 7+ years of relevant experience in fintech, payments, digital lending, collections, or financial services
- Proven track record in cash management, collections, payments, or revenue operations within Pakistan
- Hands-on experience working with corporate clients, institutions, or merchant partners
- Strong understanding of collection mechanisms, MDR models, settlement cycles, and cash flow management
- Demonstrated ownership of revenue targets and P&L accountability
- Experience launching or scaling new business lines, products, or revenue streams
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Technology, Risk, and Finance teams
- Experience designing or using dashboards, MIS, and performance tracking tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- MBA or professional certification in Finance, Banking, or Risk Management is a strong plus
Short-Term KPIs (0–180 Days)
- Launch bulk nano financing collections for X corporates, ≥90% on-time repayment
- Start aggregator MDR business with 5–10 merchants generating PKR X/month
- Implement real-time dashboards for collections & cash allocation
- Reduce cash leakage/settlement delays by ≥30%
- Standardize corporate & merchant onboarding processes
Long-Term KPIs (6–18 Months)
- Maintain collection efficiency ≥95%
- Bulk nano + aggregator business achieve positive contribution margin
- Scalable aggregator model covering operational costs & generating net revenue
- Predictable cash flows enabling new product launches without external funding
- Repeatable cash management playbooks & corporate engagement models
